How it works

Authorization
You grant us limited authorization to print checks from your account. Revocable anytime.

Payment order
When needed, send the order (amount, recipient, address). We print, sign (with your auth), stuff and mail.

Tracking
Each check has a status: issued, mailed, cleared. You see everything in the dashboard.
Common questions about this service
Is it safe to give you check access?
Yes. We use print-on-demand checks (not blank checks) and each issuance requires your authorization. If anything looks off, you cancel.
What if the recipient doesn't receive the check?
USPS provides tracking. If it's lost, we stop payment at the bank and issue a new one. The stop-payment cost is passed through.
Can I issue a check to myself?
Yes — it's common practice for owner's draw (moving from business to personal). We categorize correctly in the books.
