- Active clients: during the engagement + 7 years (IRS retention obligation)
Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA grant you specific rights over your personal data:
- Right to know what personal data we collect about you
- Right to delete the data we hold about you (except retention required by law)
- Right to correct inaccurate data
- Right to opt-out of any sale or "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" (we don't do this — but the right is guaranteed)
