Do I need a Zoho Books account already?
Yes. If you don't have one, Lynx Ledgers sets up your Zoho org during onboarding — no extra cost inside the Lynx+ plan.
What if I don't speak English?
The bot speaks Portuguese, Spanish, or English. You pick at signup. You can also issue an invoice in another language for the customer.
Is my data safe?
Your Zoho remains yours. HeyLynx only runs commands using your AES-256-GCM-encrypted token, isolated per client. Revoke OAuth anytime.
What if the bot gets an invoice wrong?
Every invoice is a draft first. You review the PDF in WhatsApp before sending. Nothing reaches the customer without your explicit OK.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly, no lock-in. Cancel and the bot is turned off; your data stays available in your Zoho org — you don't lose anything.
