Expense categorization for maximum tax deduction
We classify every expense so you pay the lowest legal tax — no risk, no surprise.
Who it's for
Those with mixed expenses everywhere
Corporate card used for everything, cash paid for services, gas reimbursement. Without categorization, you leave deductions on the table.
Owners paying too much tax
If you're paying over 25% in taxes, odds are you aren't deducting everything you could.
Businesses with a vehicle fleet
Vehicles offer big deductions, but the rules are strict. Getting it wrong means fines.

How it works
- 01
Mapping
We analyze the last months of expenses to build a Chart of Accounts tailored to your business.

Ongoing categorization
Each new expense falls into the right category automatically. Exceptions go to manual review.
- 03
Quarterly optimization
Every 3 months we review categories against the current tax code. If a rule changed, we adjust.
Common questions about this service
Are meals with clients deductible?
Yes — 50% of the amount is deductible as a business meal (with documentation: who, when, why). We categorize correctly.
I use the same car for business and personal. How does it work?
Two options: (1) Standard Mileage Rate — deduct X cents per business mile, (2) Actual Expenses — deduct proportional % of actual costs. We evaluate what's best for you.
If the IRS audits, do you cover it?
Our categorization is documented and defensible. In an audit, we hand everything to your CPA to respond. We minimize risk, but we don't substitute for a tax attorney in litigious cases.

In a 30-min call we review your last filings and identify possible deductions.
